Food that kills

1. SUGAR- All refinded white and brown sugar and all artificial
Sweeteners; sugar syrups, donuts, candy, cookies, pies, chocolate, cakes and gum.

MEAT AND DAIRY PRODUCT:- All animals based milk, cheese, eggs, ice creamer, beef, pork, fish, chicken, turkey, humburger, hot dog become sausage etc. don't forget that too much meats is harmful to the body and is the primary contributing cause of most physical problem.
FLOUR AND RICE: Refined bleached flour products, white rice.

BEVERAGES: Alcohol, coffee, tea, cocoa, carbonate beverages and soft drinks, All commercial drink containing preservative; refine salt, sweeteners, artificial fruit drinks.

OIL AND FAT: All lard, margarine, shorting and anything containing hydrogenated oils

CAN FOOD: All canned fruit and sweetened fruit as well as all canned vegetables with added preservation.

FRIED FOOD: Most food fried in oil like fruit & vegetables, meat, flour, soup and cream soup that contain dairy product.

SEASONINGS: Refined table salt, black pepper, any seasoning containing these items.
WHITE SALT: Salt contains sodium chlorite, which is toxic to any living things. It kills bacteria excess of it and wreak havoc in our system and in our cells.

White flour and caffeine should be avoided as you age. Unlike other beverages, caffeine when consumed the body rejects it and your blood vessels constrict making your heart beat faster causing adrenalin to pour into your system.

COOK FOOD
The heat of cooking kill the life force (enzymes) within those good. When we cook our food, we destroy all enzymatic activity; that is the life within that food has been destroyed, along with a high percentage of its nutrients.

Fast food loaded with sugar, fat and salt is bad it stave our body if what it needs to care for itself.
